The group will prepare a dish after a demonstration from a top Thai chef and then sit down and enjoy what they have made. They will then do the same again with a further dish and learn everything they need to know about Thai cuisine. A visit to a local Thai supermarket will follow where the group can find out everything they need to know to enable them to make the food for themselves at home.
