authentic Thai cooking with guidance from our Head Chef.

Thai Spring Rolls and discover how to make a Thai dipping sauce.
- Create a Thai Green Curry from scratch.
- We'll take you to you a nearby Thai Food Store where you can pick up ingredients for you to at home.
On arrival at our
traditional Thai restaurant you’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly Hosts. To begin the class you’ll be
introduced to some traditional, fresh ingredients used in authentic Thai
cooking. You’ll get to touch, smell and taste lots of these
ingredients for you to understand the balance of the main tastes in Thai
cooking. For your first dish, you’ll create
hand made Spring Rolls and discover how to make a
traditional Thai Dipping sauce. Then it’s onto the main dish. Using
traditional techniques you’ll make a Thai Green Curry Paste with spices to suit your pallet. With demonstrations from our Chef you’ll learn how to make an authentic Thai Green Curry, learning
the fundamental tastes associated with Thai cooking and the
important technique of balancing flavours to create a dish that’s right
for you. This class is the perfect way to gain the fundamental skills
needed to create authentic Thai cuisine at home. You’ll sit
down to eat and complete your experience with the group. Food that has
been made can also be taken home to impress family or friends. Once
everyone has finished eating you’ll be taken to a Thai Food Store
where your Host will show you authentic foods from Thailand.
