Availability of Cooking Classes
All of our cooking classes are subject to
availability. In some infrequent cases, owing to circumstances beyond IntaFood
Ltd's control, cooking classes may have their date or time changed. If this
occurs, IntaFood Ltd will rapidly contact the purchaser to give them prior
notice. If the new date or time is not suitable then an alternative suitable
date will be chosen. IntaFood Ltd will do everything possible to offer a
suitable date but if one cannot be agreed on then a full refund will be given.
Booking
Shortly after booking a place on a cooking class,
you will receive a confirmation email confirming the order. You will need
to let IntaFood know the details of the person that will be attending the
class. This can be done in the 'My Account' section of the website or
alternatively you can contact IntaFood via email or phone with this
information. IntaFood Ltd reserves the right to refuse class places to
those who cannot prove they have a legitimate right to attend a class.
Cooking Class Duration
The cooking classes have variable durations that
typically fall in within a three hour period; this duration is clearly stated
at the point of booking. Whilst every effort is made for the classes to
commence promptly, they may occasionally begin slightly later than planned. For
this reason, it is advised to allow thirty minutes after the advertised finish
time. IntaFood cooking classes are suitable for your novice cook and therefore class
durations are planned accordingly. There are times when there could be more
advanced levels of individual class members and on these occasions the classes
may occasionally finish earlier than planned.
Safety
Our cooking classes are inherently safe activities.
To further improve safety, each of our restaurant partner's premises have been
individually risk assessed. However, when using sharp knives and preparing hot
food, some degree of risk will always exist. Before commencing the class,
please listen carefully to health and safety instructions. IntaFood Ltd will
not be held liable for any injury sustained whilst attending a class; your
attendance at the cooking class confirms your acceptance of this. If in
doubt, you are encouraged to refer to your personal insurance policy.
Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. It is also
not possible to change the date of your class unless we re-sell your place AND
the class is fully booked. Please note, we can only potentially place
customers on different classes within 3 months from
the cancellation date, and also subject to availability. If the
desired new class is more expensive, the difference in price may be charged.
This cancellation policy also relates to unfortunate sickness or
accidental injury.
Spectators
Customers at the class cannot take spectators
except in very exceptional circumstances and subject to the discretion of
IntaFood Ltd and the Proprietors of the restaurant. In those circumstances a
class member may bring one spectator only. Spectators must be at least 16 years
old.
Photography
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are
acknowledging that all photographs taken at an IntaFood cooking class will then
property of IntaFood Limited. By agreeing to these terms and conditions
you are allowing IntaFood Limited to use the photographs (taken at the class by
IntaFood staff) for marketing purposes. Photos will be published on the
IntaFood Facebook page and on the photo gallery on the IntaFood.com
website. We also may wish to use our photographs for any other marketing
purpose that we choose.
Private
Events Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
- Full terms and conditions will be sent to you
prior to any payment being made.
- A deposit of 50% of the event cost is required
to confirm the booking.
- The balance payment must be paid (based on the
final numbers) at least 6 weeks prior to the event.
- If the booking is for a date within the next 6
weeks (a "late booking"), full payment is due at the time of the
booking.
- Once the booking has been confirmed, it may
not be possible to change the starting time of the event. If changes are
requested, where practically possible, IntaFood will always endeavour to
accommodate them. However, owing to factors such as restaurant opening
hours, this may not always be possible.
- On payment of the deposit or by making full payment you are accepting our terms and conditions.
All bookings are non-refundable. However, if you
contact IntaFood (by email and phone) more than 14 days in advance then we will
endeavour to find another suitable date for your event (within 3 months,
subject to availability and paying [if any] the price difference).
If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14 days
before the event (we must be contacted by email and phone) we will endeavour to
find another suitable date. In this instance there will be administration fee
of £5 per person charged (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying
[if any] the price difference).
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before
the event (we must be contacted by email and phone) then we will endeavour to
find another suitable date. In this instance there will be administration fee
of £10 per person charged (within 3 months, subject to availability and paying
[if any] the price difference).
Photography
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are acknowledging that all photographs taken at an IntaFood Private Party will then property of IntaFood Limited. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are allowing IntaFood Limited to use the photographs (taken at the Private Party by IntaFood staff) for marketing purposes. Corporate Events Booking Terms and Cancellation
Policy
- Full terms and conditions will be sent to you
prior to any payment being made.

booking. Once the event is booked you have then accepted our terms
and conditions.
- Once the booking has been confirmed it may not be possible to change the starting time of the event. If changes are requested, where practically possible, IntaFood will always endeavour to accommodate them. However owing to factors such as restaurant opening hours this may not always be possible.
- In cases of needing to reschedule the event,
the following process must be followed; If you contact IntaFood (by email
and phone) more than 14 days in advance then we will endeavour to find
another suitable date for your event (within 3 months, subject to
availability and settling, if any, the price difference).
- If you cancel your booking between 7 and 14
days before the event (we must be contacted by email and phone) we will
endeavour to find another suitable date. In this instance there will be
administration fee of £5 per person charged (within 3 months, subject to
availability and settling, if any, the price difference).
- If you cancel your booking less than 7 days
before the event (we must be contacted by email and phone) then we will

- IntaFood operates a no refund policy unless we
are responsible for the cancelling of the event.
Photography

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are allowing IntaFood Limited to use the photographs (taken at the Corporate Event by IntaFood staff) for marketing purposes. Photographs will be published on the IntaFood Facebook page and on the photo gallery on the IntaFood.com website. We also may wish to use our photographs for any other marketing purpose that we choose.
IntaFood.com website
After your event, IntaFood will ask for a
testimonial. If you have enjoyed the event and wish to give a testimonial
we will then be adding it to our website under the ‘Happy Client’ section of
the IntaFood.com website with company logo and some information of the event
you have enjoyed.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and by
giving us a testimonial you are allowing IntaFood Limited to use this for any
other marketing purpose that we choose.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please
send in details of your complaint to: Customer Services, IntaFood Ltd, 2nd
Floor Minshull House, Chorlton Street, Manchester, M1 3FY. Alternatively, you
can email us at info@intafood.com. We are interested to hear all your feedback,
both positive and with suggested improvements.
Prices
Prices displayed on our website are, to the best of
our knowledge, correct and maintained on a daily basis. In the event of an
order being placed against an accidental incorrect price, we will endeavour to
inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made;
we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the booking or choose to pay the
additional difference in price.
Data Protection
Your privacy is our highest priority - we will
never disclose your personal details to a third party under any
circumstances.With the privacy of our customers in mind and in accordance to
data protection, IntaFood does not store financial information.
Vouchers
Cooking Class Gift Vouchers
IntaFood Ltd sell cooking class vouchers that the
recipient is free to redeem against their preferred date. The voucher contains
a unique code that can be redeemed against any available cooking class.
IntaFood Ltd will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result
of voucher, receipt, impersonation or identity fraud.
Validity of vouchers
Each gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the
date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is clearly stated on
the voucher. A voucher will be deemed to be invalid if it is out of date. If
the customer, or recipient, is unable to utilise the voucher, then upon the
customer contacting IntaFood Ltd prior to the expiry date on the voucher and
paying an administration fee of £20, IntaFood Ltd shall reissue, via email, a
new voucher granting an additional 12 months validity. Vouchers can only be
extended if they are still inside their expiry date.
Flexibility
All vouchers are completely flexible on date. If
you buy a cuisine specific voucher, this voucher can still be used to book any
other cooking class available. There will be no charge for exchanging, however
if your chosen cooking class is higher in price than the value of your original
voucher, you will be required to pay the price difference. When redeeming your
voucher, if your chosen cooking class is lower in price, you will not be
credited with the difference in value. If you have bought the ‘Advanced Cooking
Experience’ or the ‘Ultimate Cooking Experience’, each voucher must be redeemed
against the same cuisine.
Delivery
No additional charge will exist for post and
packaging for UK delivery. A temporary e-voucher will be dispatched, via email,
shortly after the sale. The voucher will also be printed out and sent by first
class post. Vouchers ordered before 2pm on weekdays will be sent by Royal Mail
First Class post the same day. Vouchers can only be sent directly to the name
and address supplied on the order and cannot be sent to another address. There
will be an additional charge for overseas delivery, please contact us if you
wish for it to be sent overseas and please also allow extra time for delivery.
If you haven’t received your voucher within a week, please contact us and we
can advise you on the status of it. Whilst we strive to deliver the vouchers
quickly and efficiently, IntaFood are not to be held liable for any delay.
Refunds
Our vouchers can be exchanged and redeemed against
another cooking class. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.
Other Terms and Conditions
Cooking
Class terms and conditions apply to our gift vouchers.
IntaFood
reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any
time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the gift
vouchers, if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not
affect your legal rights.
