- Master the art of authentic Japanese cooking with tips and guidance from our expert Chef.
- Develop your sushi making skills and techniques.
- Make two authentic Japanese dishes; Miso Soup and Teriyaki using chicken or vegetables.
- We’ll show you around Samsi's Japanese food store on site.
On arrival at our
traditional Japanese restaurant you’ll be welcomed by one of our
friendly Hosts with a cup of Japanese Green Tea. Your class will start
with a fun taster session using some traditional Japanese snacks.
You’ll be introduced to some interesting flavours and textures. You’ll
start by cooking a traditional Miso Soup with guidance and direction
from our expert chef. After you’ve had the soup you’ll move on to
cooking a traditional Teriyaki with chicken or vegetables. Next you’ll develop your Sushi
making skills by making a number of different types of sushi. It’s then time to taste test
your artistic creations with a variety of Japanese dipping sauces. If
you prefer, you can take your Sushi and Japanese food home for friends
and family to try.
