- Learn the secrets of cooking restaurant quality Italian food with guidance from our top chef.
- Master the techniques for making your own pasta from scratch.
- Create perfect Ravioli with a delicious filling.
- Make traditional Neapolitan tomato sauce to accompany your Ravioli.
On arrival you’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly Hosts with an Italian coffee. Your session will start with some hands on pasta making. You’ll master the techniques of creating real, fresh, Italian pasta from scratch. Use a traditional pasta rolling machine to create the sheets of pasta before cutting your ravioli shapes and creating your delicious filling of spinach and ricotta. You'll also make a traditional Neapolitan tomato sauce to be served with the ravioli. Once you’ve finished cooking, you’ll sit down to eat the food you have made and complete your experience with the group. You can also take food home to impress family or friends.

Dietary requirements: This class can cater for non meat eaters (there are specific meat substitutes) and most dietary requirements. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.
Participant guidelines: Minimum age is 16 (or 12 if accompanied by another class attendee aged 18 or over).
Dress code: Casual. An apron will be provided for the duration of the experience.
Booking confirmation: This will be emailed out. You will then need to fill in the Attendee Information (i.e. name, email address, mobile and any dietary requirements) at least two weeks before the class. The agenda for your class will be emailed to the Attendee email address one week before the class.
